Private Industry Council Promotes From Within

The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc., is pleased to announce that Rachel Saul has been hired as the Planner/Grants Writer, effective March 7, 2011. Her primary responsibilities will be to research and capture funding opportunities; as well as assist with Marketing and Public Relations. Rachel was previously employed with The Private Industry Council as the Youth Programs Supervisor. She comes to her new position with experience in grant writing and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Gannon University where she studied such courses as; Marketing for Non-Profits, Grant Writing, and Strategic Planning. Rachel brings creative thinking to her new position and is looking forward to the challenge. When announcing Rachel’s transition Tim Yurcisin, President and CEO of The Private Industry Council, said: “We are excited and enthused about the fact that we had someone with experience in grant writing that can come in and continue what our previous grants writer has begun without hesitation.” The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc.
