Summer Fun for YOUth in Fayette County!

June 14, 2011

The Fayette Enrichment Program is gearing up for the 2011 summer session. For six weeks, starting on June 20, youth will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of exciting activities.

During this time, the Fayette Enrichment Program will partner with the Penn State Eberly Campus to bring some of the Penn State “Kids In College” sessions to the program, as well as offer some fun fitness activities, thanks to training from the Uniontown YMCA.

The excitement doesn’t stop there, because the Private Industry Council and the Education and Technology Institute have also put together a lot of appealing science, technology, arts, and cultural activities for the students to engage in. In addition, lunch is served each day.

This program is free to attend, and transportation is provided to and from the school. Youth in Fayette County that attend Albert Gallatin South Middle School, Brownsville Area Middle School and High School, Connellsville Jr. High Schools, and Uniontown Jr. High Schools are invited to participate.
