TravelEDGE Classes Come to Fayette County

The Education and Technology Institute (ETI) will be offering TravelEDGE classes to Fayette County businesses and their employees who work in hospitality and tourism-related fields.  TravelEDGE focuses on developing industry-specific customer service skills to help hospitality/tourism businesses get more customers.

The next two-day TravelEDGE training will be held at Rock Starz, 701 N. Pittsburgh St. in Connellsville on Wed., August 17 and Thu., August 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Future TravelEDGE training dates will be announced via the ETI website and ETI page on Facebook.  However, customized TravelEDGE trainings can be requested by area businesses.

Each TravelEDGE training will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to be more professional, handle customers well, solve problems effectively and the best practices of the industry.

“TravelEDGE trainings provide practical, real world skills to help employees in the hospitality and tourism industry provide superior customer service,” said Janet Ward, Assistant Director of Education.
