PIC's Community Connections Program provides services to connect clients who receive TANF cash assistance that currently have little or no participation in employment, training, or educational activities with employment services utilizing community-based and faith-based organizations. PIC currently collaborates with the YWCA of Greensburg, PA on this initiative.
