ComputerBuild
- 21 total students from participating school districts will actually build their own computer and learn to install software. Times of the classes will be set up either during school, after school or during the summer.
- Each school district will provide a classroom and an instructor. The Private Industry Council will supply all participating school districts with hardware and software.
- To foster empowerment and establish responsibility, students will be required to perform 20 hours of service learning (community service) documented by the school instructor/contact in order to be awarded their computer and software.
