The Accounting Clerk Diploma Program will provide the student with the skills and knowledge of general accounting principles and applications for entry level positions in the accounting/bookkeeping field. Comprehensive instruction in accounting principles, payroll procedures and computer software applications are provided. Career opportunities include accounts payable clerk, accounting clerk, payroll specialist, bookkeeping, and accounting technician. Employment opportunities are with businesses, non-profit organizations, and government. Successful completion of of the 1140 hour, 12 month, program leads to a diploma.
