The Retail Management Diploma Program will provide the student with theory and practical instruction in managing a service/retail operation. Comprehensive instruction in computer applications, accounting, business law, marketing, consumer relations, and human relations is provided. Employment opportunities include positions as manager, manager trainee, marketing specialist, and purchasing specialist within the service/retail field. Successful completion of the 960 hour, 9 month, program leads to a diploma.
