Maximizing Participation Project Extension Program
PIC's Maximizing Participation Project Extension Program (MPPE) provides a full range of employment and training services to clients enrolled in MPP (Maximizing Participation Project). The services provided are those available to SPOC program participants with a specific emphasis on work activities, job search and job placement. MPP is a program designed to assist TANF clients who are exempt from work requirements or have been repeatedly unsuccessful in obtaining or maintaining employment and in reaching their individual potential. MPP's primary goal is to provide services and encouragement that will alleviate barriers to move toward self-sufficiency.
