Pathways Out Of Poverty

“Promoting Self-Sufficiency through the Efficient and Renewable Energy Sectors”

The Pathways Out Of Poverty program seeks to train low-income Fayette, Westmoreland and Washington Counties residents to prepare them for a variety of occupations in the emerging and fast-growing Green Industry. Pathways has identified three major green industries for job training:

  • Energy-Efficient Building, Construction, and Retrofit Industries
  • Renewable Electric Power Industry
  • Energy Efficiency Assessment Industry
