Pathways Job-Developer: Office Located at: MORE ABOUT PATHWAYS FOR EMPLOYERS In January of 2010, Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette County received a $2.7 million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Labor to provide career training opportunities in many fields of green energy technology to displaced and low income workers. Pathways Out of Poverty Program can provide your business with work-ready people who have the occupational skills you’re seeking. Pathways Out Of Poverty is seeking to place people in a variety of green energy jobs including solar power installers, welders, green plumbers and pipefitters, roofers, HVAC, insulation installers, electricians, iron and steel workers, construction, and heat pump installers.
