The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc. (PIC) is pleased to announce that Diane Sproull has been promoted to the position of Information Technology Supervisor, effective November 26, 2007. She will have primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology throughout the PIC's three divisions, as well as supervising Fayette Head Start data operators and the webmaster.
Diane's strong and diverse background includes numerous years of experience working with computers and LAN, troubleshooting computer and LAN issues, and supervising and training staff in various departments. Diane joined PIC in 1983 as a Monitoring Supervisor and has held a variety of supervisory and management positions including MIS Supervisor, Computer Instructor Supervisor, Youth Employment and Training Supervisor, and her most recent position as Project Supervisor.
In addition, PIC recently hired a new Planner/Grants Writer. Courtney DeCarlucci is a graduate of Seton Hill and has had several years experience in education and as a technical writer. Courtney was previously employed with PIC as an instructor for the Education and Technology Institute Computerized Office Technology Program. Courtney brings much energy and has made a smooth transition into her new position with PIC. In her new capacity, Courtney is responsible for researching and applying for funding resources - government and foundation, collecting and interpreting data for executive decisions/policies, and marketing and public relations projects. Courtney resides in Greensburg with her husband and three children.
