The System for Assessment and Group Evaluation (SAGE) is a reliable and comprehensive assessment system designed to help you make more informed staffing decisions. With a total of 19 units SAGE can be used in its entirety or customized to measure only those factors applicable to a specific job position. SAGE will help to improve your decision-making, allowing your employees to maximize their skills and use their natural aptitudes and temperaments. Vocational Aptitude
Eleven separate units used to measure the following occupationally significant abilities:
Temperament Factor
Provides an indication of an individual's temperaments, defined as a worker's ability to adapt to specific types of work situations.
Alone, Directing, Expressing, Influencing, Judgements, People, Repetitive, Stress, Tolerances, Under, Variety.
Vocational Interest
Provides an indication of an individual's vocational interest and experiences in job-related activities.
Learning Styles
Provides an indication of an individual's preferred learning style (visual, auditory, or kinesthetic), preferred modes of expression (oral or written) and preferred ways of learning/working (alone or in a group).
Work Attitude
Provides an indication of an individual's attitudes and beliefs about the world of work and their knowledge of employer expectations.
