Measures the skills an individual has acquired and retained in:

Eleven separate units used to measure the following occupationally significant abilities:

Temperament Factor

Provides an indication of an individual's temperaments, defined as a worker's ability to adapt to specific types of work situations.

Alone, Directing, Expressing, Influencing, Judgments, People, Repetitive, Stress, Tolerances, Under, Variety.

  


Vocational Interest

Provides an indication of an individual's vocational interest and experiences in job-related activities.

  


Learning Styles

Provides an indication of an individual's preferred learning style (visual, auditory, or kinesthetic), preferred modes of expression (oral or written) and preferred ways of learning/working (alone or in a group).

  


Work Attitude
